Shipping Timeline:
All Stable Snax treats are made to order in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or for large custom orders, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or direct message (if ordered through Instagram). We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on location and package size.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Returns & Refunds:
Because our treats are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping or a mistake in your custom design—please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
